ALOO MUTTER
RECIPE 
INTRODUCTION:

Great fan of Aloo? And do you like to cook something quick, easy and at the same time very tasty? 
Aloo Mutter with Roti would be the best option for a pleasing dinner :) . I have made this recipe very simple for those of you who don't know to cook...kindly try it out and give me feedback. 

Ingredients :
  1. Onions (1 Cup)
  2. Tomato-1
  3. coriander powder(1/2 ts)
  4. Cumin powder (1/2 ts)
  5. Turmeric powder (A pinch)
  6. Peas (1 Cup)
  7. Aloo( 2-3)
  8. Salt (As per your requirement )
  9. Ginger-garlic paste(1/2 ts)
Pressure cook :
  1. Peas
  2. Aloo
How to Cook?
Instructions:
  1. Add oil, heat for 1 min and then add onions, stir it until it turns brown.
  2. Add tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and stir it well for at least 5to 7 min.
  3. Now take the the mixture and grind it until it turns into a paste.
  4. Now add the pressure cooked peas and aloo into the paste ( add required amount of water in order to make it as a gravy).
  5. Heat it for 8-10 min and add salt.
  6. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve Aloo Mutter with chapathi, poori ,Parathas or Naan.
