ALOO MUTTER
RECIPE
INTRODUCTION:
Great fan of Aloo? And do you like to cook something quick, easy and at the same time very tasty?
Aloo Mutter with Roti would be the best option for a pleasing dinner :) . I have made this recipe very simple for those of you who don't know to cook...kindly try it out and give me feedback.
Ingredients :
- Onions (1 Cup)
- Tomato-1
- coriander powder(1/2 ts)
- Cumin powder (1/2 ts)
- Turmeric powder (A pinch)
- Peas (1 Cup)
- Aloo( 2-3)
- Salt (As per your requirement )
- Ginger-garlic paste(1/2 ts)
Pressure cook :
- Peas
- Aloo
How to Cook?
Instructions:
- Add oil, heat for 1 min and then add onions, stir it until it turns brown.
- Add tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and stir it well for at least 5to 7 min.
- Now take the the mixture and grind it until it turns into a paste.
- Now add the pressure cooked peas and aloo into the paste ( add required amount of water in order to make it as a gravy).
- Heat it for 8-10 min and add salt.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve Aloo Mutter with chapathi, poori ,Parathas or Naan. Do try it and give me your valuable feedbacks or comments.
